工作职责
1、Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections,identify and manage new market opportunities in customer relationship management.
2、Carry on studies on market trends, customer requirements, competition status etc, and present to management with analysis and reports if required .
3、Collaborate with industry contacts and other CRRC business units to discover and develop new customer leads,track competitor activities and provide differentiation to help gain market shares.Strategically grow the existing customer base and build closer customer relationships to understand the customer needs, expectations, wants and demands to provide tailored customer solutions.
4、Perform other duties as required.
1、负责对接国内外客户进行海外市场开拓、资源开发、订单获取、关系维护;负责所辖区域(分)子公司/办事处(代表处)管理与协调工作;
2、市场推广及调研:了解、分析国家政策、行业发展趋势和动向,紧跟重点投资领域及区域市场信息变化,为下一步经营重点的决策提供参考;
3、项目获取:根据事业部安排承担特定区域的项目机会挖掘、项目跟踪培育/获取(含含同谈判)、当地客户关系维护等工作。
任职资格
1、Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering, especially, renewable energy related field or extensive relevant work experience.
2、Preferably a minimum of 3 years working experience overseas in renewable energy, energy storage system industrial segments preferred.
3、Business acumen and able to learn and understand technical and product aspects of energy storage system /solar solutions
1、全日制本科及以上学历;
2、有3年以上新能源(新能源、储能等)强相关行业任职经历;
3、在涉及行业有较丰富国内外客户资源。
